Cancellation Policy

As I'm sure you can all appreciate we have a very busy diary with a long waiting list of new clients, so we do ask that a minimum of 48 hours notice is given for cancellations. This gives us the opportunity to fill your space and also prevents loss of earnings for us. 

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. 

Cancellations at the time of the groom, or 'no shows' will incur a 100% fee. 

No further appointments will be made or honoured until we have received the cancellation fee.

If you miss an appointment without adequate notice, we will be unable to fit you in until our next available time slot, which is generally 8-12 weeks away or more. 

With adequate notice we will always do our best to rearrange any inconvenient appointments for you.
